You are not permitted to:

05
E-Learning
Users acting as Instructors are responsible for the course content they create, including material accuracy, assignment deadlines, and grading.
Users acting as Students are responsible for the authenticity of files submitted as assignments. Submitting someone else's work as your own is a violation that may result in submission removal and account suspension.
Digital certificates issued by SyncCAD reflect task completion on the platform, not formal accreditation. Institutions are responsible for independently validating course accreditation.
06
Anti-Piracy Policy
⚠ Strict Policy
SyncCAD does not support, facilitate, or connect users to pirated, nulled, cracked, or keygen software in any form — whether through content, the community, or platform features. Violations will result in content removal and permanent account suspension. We actively support official educational licensing programs from CAD vendors. See the Partners page.
07
Intellectual Property
CAD files you upload remain entirely yours. By uploading a file, you grant SyncCAD a limited, non-exclusive license to store, display, and process that file according to the privacy settings you choose.
The brand, logo, and name "SyncCAD" are owned by the SyncCAD team. No permission is granted to use them without written consent.
08
Plans and Payment
SyncCAD uses a voucher system for plan upgrades. Voucher purchases are final and non-refundable except in case of documented technical errors on SyncCAD's part. Voucher validity starts from the redemption date and does not renew automatically.
10
Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time via Settings or by contacting difta@synccad.com. Data will be deleted in accordance with the retention policy in the Privacy Policy.
11
Limitation of Liability
SyncCAD is not liable for losses due to data loss, service disruption, business decisions based on platform information, or unauthorized use by third parties. The service is provided as-is with best efforts to ensure availability and security.
12
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified via email at least 7 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes agreement to the updated terms.
13
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes shall be resolved through deliberation between the parties, or if necessary, through an agreed dispute resolution body in Indonesia.
