01How do I upgrade to Pro or Team?+
Purchase a voucher from an official SyncCAD partner, then redeem the code at dashboard → Settings → Redeem Voucher.
02My file won't open in the viewer?+
Make sure the file format is supported (DWG, DXF, STEP, STL, IGES, OBJ, GLTF, SCAD). For technical issues, email difta@synccad.com with the file name and format.
03Is my data secure?+
Yes. XESS CDN servers with AES-256 encryption. Private files are only accessible by you and workspace members you invite.
04How do I delete my account?+
Email difta@synccad.com with subject 'Delete Account'. All data will be deleted within 7 business days.
